I enjoy a challenge and working hard. My best day is getting up early, going to the gym around 6:00 am and being at the office about 8:30 ready to charge!! I am not afraid to try new things to market a property or find the just right place for a buyer. I especially enjoy selling the Golden Isles which is a small area that allows me to know so much about the property here. Often I know the builder, the architect, the gardener, and the previous owners of a home that is listed. It is not unusual for me to have sold a particular home several times. I recently surprised buyers who were looking at a home for sale on Sea Island by showing them a secret hiding compartment in the library that the original owner had built in. It is great to be able to be that fluent with the inventory.
